I bring a unique blend of executive leadership, coaching, and therapy to my work, helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. With over 20 years as a senior-level executive in fast-paced, results-driven nonprofits, I thrived in high-pressure environments while leading teams, driving strategy, and balancing the demands of a busy personal life—including a blended family with three stepdaughters, our son, a dog, 2 cats, and a partners with an equally demanding career.
Despite my success, I felt a deeper calling. I had always gravitated toward mentoring, guiding, and supporting others, whether it was my team at work or the people in my life. While my role provided stability, I realized I was most fulfilled when helping others navigate challenges, grow in confidence, and achieve their goals. This realization led me to fully embrace my dual path as both an Executive Coach and a Therapist.
My foundation in human behavior and transformation began with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, followed by licensure as a clinical social worker. While building my nonprofit career, I continued deepening my therapeutic expertise for over two decades. I am a trained EMDR therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS), and a Level 2 AEDP therapist (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy).
Beyond my credentials, my personal experience with therapy in my early 20s and then throughout my life has profoundly shaped my perspective. I’ve seen firsthand how the modalities I practice can create lasting change, which fuels my passion for helping others break through limiting patterns and build lives that feel aligned and meaningful.
As an Executive and Leadership Coach, I help high-achieving professionals develop self-awareness, overcome internal roadblocks, and lead with confidence. My leadership experience gives me a firsthand understanding of the pressures executives face, and my coaching is grounded in both neuroscience and behavioral psychology.
What drew me to coaching was my love of mentorship—guiding my team members to tap into their strengths, navigate challenges, and achieve their full potential. Working with my own coach helped me silence my inner critic and take a bold leap: leaving a secure job to pursue my passion for coaching and therapy full-time. That decision changed my life, and now, I help others make similarly powerful transformations.
My work is unique because I integrate the best of both disciplines depending on what will be most effective for my clients. Whether I’m helping an executive break through self-doubt, guiding a leader through tough interpersonal dynamics, or supporting someone in deep emotional healing, my approach is tailored to create lasting change.
If you’re ready to challenge old narratives, step into your strengths, and move forward with clarity and confidence, I’d love to work with you.
