I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) providing virtual therapy to adults in Massachusetts and New Jersey, with my practice based in the greater Boston area. My work is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and respect for the ways people adapt to survive difficult experiences. I believe meaningful change happens when we feel understood, not judged and when we learn how to listen to ourselves with more compassion and clarity.
My approach has been shaped by decades of professional experience, ongoing training, and my own relationship with therapy throughout the years. I know firsthand that insight alone rarely creates change. What makes therapy transformative is the combination of understanding, emotional processing, and the gradual release of shame and self-criticism. I see therapy as a partnership, one where we slow down together, notice what’s happening beneath the surface, and make room for new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I work best with people who are thoughtful, motivated, and ready to engage therapy as a process. If you are navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, addiction, or a sense of feeling stuck and are open to focused, depth-oriented work - therapy with me offers a steady, supportive space to move toward greater ease, self-trust, and resilience.
I believe focused, intentional work with clients who are fully engaged often leads to meaningful change in a shorter period of time. My goal is to help you develop insight and tools you can continue using independently, rather than creating long-term reliance on therapy or coaching.
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and the work we do together is shaped by who you are and what you’re ready for. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), AEDP, and EMDR, along with somatic and attachment-based practices, to support healing at both an emotional and nervous system level. This approach is especially helpful for people who have tried therapy before and are looking for deeper, more lasting change.
At the heart of my work is IFS therapy, which helps us understand the different “parts” of ourselves such as the inner critic, the anxious part, the part that works hard to keep things together not as problems to eliminate, but as protective responses shaped by experience. When these parts are met with curiosity and care, rather than judgment, people often experience a sense of relief and internal calm they haven’t felt before.
Our work together is collaborative, engaged, and intentional. I aim to create a space that feels both warm and focused where emotions can be explored safely, patterns can be understood honestly, and change can unfold at a sustainable pace. For clients who are ready to participate actively in the therapeutic process, this work can be deeply grounding and transformative over time.
